The Makita Cutter CA5000 has been developed for cutting grooves in aluminium composite materials. It can also be used as a plunge cut circular saw by removing the skirt and replacing the cutter blade with ø165mm saw blade.
The Makita twin guide rail set is the ideal companion for the CA5000 saw, assisting with perfectly straight cuts every time. The single tracks are ideal for shorter cuts, and when connected you have a full 3m capacity cut. This kit also features a pair of quick clamps that slide within the profile for extra security, joining kit and a robust nylon bag with carry handle (that stores both rails) for easy transportation and storage.
